About
A chronicle, not a content machine.
Parasang Chronicles follows an overland route from Central Europe toward Vietnam. The rule is simple: humans write the prose; software handles the logistics — capture, metadata, translation workflow, layout notes and publishing gates.
“Parasang” is an old Persian unit of distance: imprecise enough to be human, structured enough to be useful. Rare technology win.

What gets automated
The system may typeset, organize media, keep consent notes visible, draft captions, check facts and prepare translations. It should not launder raw notes into a voice that was never there.
Photos and names are treated as consent-bearing material. Private capture belongs in the Field Studio until someone explicitly moves it into the public chronicle.
